fabiangt79
Hi, Anyone have experience in calibration of this AEM 150psi pressure sensor? I used custom calibration 1 in the link ecu settings, follow according to the recommendations setup by AEM data sheet, but the sensor reads 110psi when connect on free air. Need some help on this please. Thanks Attached the spec sheet 30-2131-XXX Brass Pressure Sensor.pdf
superstockneo
You can try using the bosch 10bar calibration or the 1000kpa ti from the drop down. Should work fine.
Adamw
If the part number is 30-2131-150 then its calibration should match 1000kpa/150Psi TI sensor. Check what voltage you have showing on your analog input, if it is not very close to 0.50V with engine off, Ign on, then there is a wiring or sensor issue. koracing
If memory serves, if you use the PSI scale it's wrong in the sensor information, so set up the calibration table in kpa. Make sure you have an actual 150psi sensor as well (-150 at the end of the part number). 0 at .5v, and 1034kpa at 4.5v is the correct calibration. I use the stainless versions of these sensors all the time and they have proven to be quite reliable. I won't touch a brass version myself because the brass ones fail with alarming regularity.
