Adamw
I havent personally seen one fail in that way. I have seen some users on FB etc report them developing leaks when used with coolant but I have never seen one fail personally. How are you testing it? Is it reading correct at zero pressure? koracing
I have a customer that had genuine bosch combination sensors start squirting oil out of the connector (on the unpinned hole in the connector) and fault to reading 70psi oil pressure constantly. Thankfully this happened in his driveway and after idling for a while a small puddle formed under the car and soaked his engine bay. Same customer has since then gone through three of them mounted to the head before more recently switching to an AEM stainless presssure sensor and separate oil temp sensor (without issues so far).
