troy4ou
hello, can I create a larger map than the ones I had older to, for example, make a low oil pressure strategy, turn off the engine or things like that?
troy4ou
I mean to make an option that if the oil pressure is low it turns off the engine, I am new with this ecu and I am configuring my engine. Thank you very much and forgive my ignorance about this ecu. hihi
Confused
There are a number of additional safety procedures you can enable. If you've not done so already, have a VERY long read of the Help within the app, almost every question you may have is probably already dealt with! essb00
Read the help file. What do you plan to use though? Just an oil pressure switch or oil pressure sensor?
troy4ou
It would be to use the oil pressure sensor as a precaution, if the oil pressure drops the engine shuts down. It's for a k20a hillclimb engine and I would like to use this strategy for engine safety, since I don't have much time to look at the gauge. essb00
Under "Engine Protection", you can configure something like this below (adjust the values on the table as you like).

That's what I was referring to, thank you very much friend! It's nice to find people who collaborate so quickly, I'm going crazy with this ecu and all the options it has but I'm glad I found this forum. forgive my ignorance but I'm starting with this ecu and everything is uphill for me
