coil 2 not firing

I have run manual ignition fire on all cylinders of 95 BMW M3 using link software.  Ignition coil 2 will not fire.   Swapped coils from cylinder 1 and 2.   both coils work on cylinder 1.   checked continuity from wiring harness to plug- good for all 3 wires.    How do you know if ECM is sending trigger signal to coil?  I have a voltage meter but, not an oscilloscope.

e36 plug in.   running before no issue.   rebuilt engine for turbo and started up new engine.  cylinder 2 did not fire.  misfire. rough idle.   ran manual ignition test.

Just plugged in my old ECU computer with RK tunes.   cylinder 2 worked. so…… looks like the link ecu is bad.   need replacement.

triple checked wiring and coils. all coils fire except circuit for cylinder 2.  plug to coil is getting correct voltage but, trigger circuit is not working.    I can send pictures and/or video if needed.   just ask for what you want to see.
