Running the trigger scoop I can see 34 at trigger 1 at the crank. should be 36-2 For trigger 2 I have no idea what setting shall I go for. Ignoring sync engine fires and stalls very shortly. ae82ted Posted October 26, 2023 Author Report Share Posted October 26, 2023 Thanks Adam, Successfully started the engine now with the recommended setting and trigger offset. A Side question, as the engine is running e-throttle. Can I add an RET for throttle control with the MonsoonX? Adamw Posted October 26, 2023 Report Share Posted October 26, 2023 Yes the Monsoon can do E-throttle with the RET, the amount of IO is often a limitation however. For E-throttle you need 4 analog inputs (2 x throttle and 2 x pedal) and 3 aux outputs (2 x e-throttle signal and 1 x e-throttle relay/enable), so that burns up a lot of what you have with a monsoon.
