Jason Conklin
hello i wish to see a flexiable tacho output on link ecus so we can make the stock car tacho working in all conditions wether is low or high level signal thanks jaosn
ashesman
That would require a dedicated output just for tacho that could generate a high level signal... As 95% of applications now days use a low level tacho it would probably not be a good idea to dedicate an auxiliary output. Maybe it is a good idea, but I can assure you that this one will not happen. Sorry... Matt Dunn
Is there the possibility of making an external amplifier that could be used to make the curent tacho output of the g3's compatable?
ashesman
Our igniters have an output for a high level tacho. You could make something using diodes and the coil negative signals. It would probably be easier to get the tacho modified for a low level signal as most people do.
