Colwyn Playle
Hi Can someone help with trigger calibration 1uz Toyota V8, set up to run coil on plug, 60 minus 2 crank trigger, and STD cam trigger of 1 tooth. When trying to get though the calibration process what ever I enter in to the offset value doesn't make any difference. Any thoughts any body Colwyn
Simon
Main thing to remember is if you type the number make sure you hit the enter key after.
Brad Burnett
Just curious as to why you changed to a 60-2 crank? I ask because I am running the standard crank and cam triggers with a sequential coil on plug set up with zero issues. Simon
The answer in this case is due to the engine being run ignition only (has a dirty carb due to class rules) and our system is replacing an electromotive system which the trigger was changed to suit.
