Haydenw Posted October 11, 2009 Report Share Posted October 11, 2009 Ive got a plugin RX7 S8 G4 storm and while im tuning it keeps pausing, so when i make a change in a cell i can be waiting for up to 10sec for it to register then it will come back for 10sec or so and then it will pause again. (very frustrating when paying by the hour on a dyno) It also disconnects randomly from ecu ive tryed 3 different laptops and 2 different cables to no avail. Has anyone else come across this! Simon from link told me to check my spark plugs and see if they were resistor plugs. as i found they were not resistor plugs i fitted some plugs with resistors and laptop works mint with engine running now cheers Mason Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Simon Posted November 3, 2009 Report Share Posted November 3, 2009 Keep looking for sources of noise. Windows tends to stop the USB ports when it sees any noise on the line.
