Tiz
Is anybody getting screwed graph rendering with the latest PC link? Mine looks like the below, any ideas on a fix?
whiteradam
I get the same thing but I am using a Windows 7 VM running in Virtual Box on a Mac. I just assumed it was related to that.
Scott
Hi all, the new 3D graph view requires a later version of OpenGL to work correctly. Most systems will already have this updated, but if you don't try updating your graphics drivers.
Tiz
Thanks for that, turns out I have some graphics driver issues. I upgraded this old laptop to windows 10 and the latest driver had issues. Had to roll back to an earlier version and it is all good now. whiteradam
@Scott,Any idea what version of OpenGL is now used? Virtual Box and Parallels seem to be stuck on OpenGL 2.1 but it looks like with Fusion 8, VMware has moved up to OpenGL 3.3. Just want to find out if 2.1 is good enough and I just need to play with the drivers some, or if it is back to Fusion I go to see if it works. Sutkale
I have an old HP EliteBook 6930 and running Windows 10. I downloaded and installed an upgrade to OpenGL from this site and the graph works now.http://danielkawakami.blogspot.co.nz/2014/08/gma-4500-series-feature-pack-for.html
Scott
Hi Tiz and Sutkale, thanks for the updates.whiteradam, you will want to try v2.1 or later. However the engineers tell me there are some exceptions when it comes to AMD or Nvidia cards.
