Fotis
A quick question. I just changed from 450cc injectors (fuel master at 15ms) to 1000cc injectors (fuel master 10ms) Is it possible to show that the injector duty cycle is 100% but in reality it is not? How should i set the fuel master for bigger injectors?

No. The injector duty cycle will be reported correctly regardless of master fuel and any other setting in the tune. If you are still seeing higher than expected duty cycle after replacing injectors then you have a fuel pressure problem most likely. If this is a plug-in ECU and you have changed from low impedance to high impedance injectors, make sure the ballast resistor has been removed.
