  1. Hi All, We're looking into what could cause this issue at the moment, thus far we haven't been able to replicate it in-house. To help us troubleshoot the issue, could I ask anyone who is having graphics issues in PCLink to do a dxdiag dump and post it in this thread. To do a dxdiag dump: Open command prompt Type "dxdiag" Select "No" when prompted about driver verification Select "Save All Information" Upload the saved txt file This will help us understand the systems these issues are occurring on and any common trends they have. No identifiable information is collected during a dxdiag dump. Until we can get the issue resolved, what ThreeTrees discovered below could potentially help some people.
  2. The 2UR-GSE is what we use as one of our internal test platforms with full control of VVT-iE. The VR30DDTT has dual e-throttle and dual electric wastegate control, which would require the use of external H-Bridges(Ehtrolle) modules to control. I'm unsure of the specific for VTC control but if it's similar to VVT-iE, then the Voodoo Pro can control it.
  3. The Razor PDM will have no problem running all the requests outputs. I would suggest looking to run each fuel pump on a separate high power output as each pump can draw up to 17A as each high power can supply up to 30A continuous.
  4. Yes the Razor PDM can control a wiper motor. What kind of wiper motor are you trying to control?
  5. Currently the ECU must be used as a gateway. In the next firmware release direct PDM to PDM communication is possible to allow for scenarios like this, with support for each PDM to directly communicate with 3 other PDMs. We're hoping to have this release out in the coming weeks.
  6. We initially intended to support Windows 7, but after further testing on Windows 7 we found that we wouldn't be able to continue development of PDMLink and maintain compatibility. Since then, the decision has been made to discontinue attempts to support Windows 7
  7. PDMLink was initially intended to support Windows 7 but due to incompatibilities and the outdated nature of Windows 7, PDMLink doesn't support Windows 7. You can find an online version of the PDMLink help manual at: User Manual | LinkECU Documentation Centre (link-user-wiki.herokuapp.com) When using an output in H-Bridge mode, the current is running in series through each pin so the current capacity is the same as a single high power output. A way to ensure the current limit isn't exceeded is to limit the range of duty cycle in the H-Bridge. This shouldn't limit the range of motion of the motor but would reduce the torque slightly at the end stops.
  8. The Razor PDM doesn't currently support parallel H-bridge. When driving a motor using H-bridge the maximum continuous current is 25A, however the current can peak higher for a limited time. Is the 33A rating the stall current or rated current of the motor? If so, the normal driving current is normally lower than the stall current so the Razor PDM should be able to drive the motor.
