Really depends on what you have configured for your driven wheel speed source.
Have a look at your speed sources in the chassis and body tab at the bottom of the settings tree.

I have a lot of experience with aggressive ITB engines, and i typically find that the fuel map will have a hump just off idle to aid it smoothness and drive ability.

I would wait for @Simon to chime in here. I have seen that most PNP units could have some board revisions done at link to add DBW ability.

relay needs to be wired as follows
pin 30 Battery 12v
pin 87 fuel pump
pin 86 +12v switched
pin 85 ecu aux control
to me it sounds like when key off pin 86 would still have 12v. When off the aux outs on the ecu rest at ground.

Theres a base 1uz calibration in the standard software download.

Some while back I had seen a third party device that was a toyota bean adaptor/conversion board. But i have searched this morning and cant put together the right search terminology. I want to say it was the guys at CANtrolls but could be mistaken.

once you have the 2 aux outs config'd to fan relays 1&2 there is a fan tab at the bottom of the aux out section. Just configure the temp settings in there.

Add some post start enrichment, it is zero at 90*c

It can really go either way. There is no real right or wrong there. It will just need to be tuned appropriately.
-
It is in the help file within the software.

Aux 5 to 8 can not be Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) above 300Hz. Note that PWM frequencies above 300 Hz may be required to drive a tachometer for a V8 above 4500 RPM.

If you just look at the status LEDs on the units during power up they will flash the corresponding IDs
From the AEM instructions "MEDIUM MEDIUM (Simultaneous flash) Power up, flash count = AEMnet/CAN ID #"

Did you config the gauge that is set up for bank 2 as ID2?
Your CAN set up has its ID set up for that but did you config the actual gauge?

First i would put some fresh plugs in it and cut the values in the idle/low load area of the fuel pump by half(all the 77s).
Whats your base fuel pressure set to?

OP have you looked into the Toucan display?

in regards to idle valve frequency, I have played a ton with frequency on some other 2 wire pwm valves. I have found that you can play with the frequency setting to get the motor to sound "right". In some instances the motor has a unique hum to it caused by the idle valve and adjusting frequency up and down can change the ton of this hum and also improve responsiveness of idle valve adjustments. Basically, there really isn't a "wrong" setting when it comes to the idle valve frequency and your set up will ultimately dictate your results. For most 2 wire valves, the setting of 200hz posted above is always a good starting point to work from.

I will Chime in and say that this has happened to me many times. Ill go to a drift event and drive the better part of the day and there is hardly any logged data. My internal logger is triggered by rpm/tps conditions.
I dont have near as much info as Tim but having the dash alarm to show when it has happened is a great idea that I would like to implement. Care to share some details there @Tim D? I gather its just config the ecu and dash for log memory on a CAN channel?

PC Logging

could you upload a log and a cal here?
Just to clearify, is this a pc log or an ecu log?

Maybe a silly question, but have you actually taken a log?

you can use either CAN bus (1 or 2)
Will just need to configure the appropriate bus to see the CANLambda

Help file in the software will have most of the subaru pinouts. And there is a base map with AVCS configured in the software as well.
