Tom's r32 gtr
Hello all, I hope everyone is having a wonderful surprise vacation!!! Im stuck at home and trying to NOT screw things up on my car. My question is, how would i go about wiring 2 electric radiator fans into my pnp ecu? In a perfect world, id like them to come on slowly as to not pull too much power too fast. Ive heard of people using pwm...? Im not familiar with this....(im new here lol) excuse me for my lack of knowledge... Tom,
Adamw
You could do PWM but solid state relays that are capable of PWM of high current fans can get pricey. How about just staggering them so one turns on say 4deg later than the first or similar?
Tom's r32 gtr
Thanks adam!! Yeah, thats sort of what I've been seeing $$$ As far as staggered, id be totally fine with that. How would i get this done?
Brad Burnett
once you have the 2 aux outs config'd to fan relays 1&2 there is a fan tab at the bottom of the aux out section. Just configure the temp settings in there.
