MazdaMan
Greeting All, I'm looking for assistance setting up the mixture map function. The car is a 1990 BMW M3. Engine is a 4-cylinder 2.5L. ECU is Vipec i44 running the latest Wolf firmware.... 1) Any recommendations on the filters (see attached) 2) Can useful data for the mixture map be gleaned from logs taken over the road? The plan is to ultimately tune on a chassis dyno, but I'd like to get the AFR's reasonably dialed in based on some road logs if possible. Cheers, H
Adamw
Yes, mixture map can be used from road logs. Set up a Transient filter Eng speed < 250rpm/sec and another with TP<5/sec will get rid of a lot of the inconsistent data. Here's a video I done for someone else earlier with some further info: https://1drv.ms/v/s!AiYbYlZQuRHPszz5hTxJ8ec0MitL?e=2JbDVh Ghosty033, Electredge and jigga009
