Dhornby88
Hi Please see where i'm stuck with the conversion, excuse my diagram i did the best i could. Am totally stuck with doing the pedal but i'm unsure if i'm going down the right track with the diagram anyway, can i have some feedback offered? Adamw
The two "Low reference" pins on the pedal connect to sensor ground, the two "5V reference" on the pedal connect to the 5V pin on the Expansion harness. The rest is all correct.

Pet8000
Hi where does signal 1 brown wire go to and signal 2 wire green wire go to ecu channel
Adamw
That drawing in the first post is wrong. Correct wiring is in the help file. Signal 1 goes to Aux 1,2,3 or 4. Signal 2 goes to Aux 5,6,7 or 8.
Pet8000
Hi made changes to wiring e throttle module is get hot and pedal is as well throttle body clicks but would move
Adamw
What is the white wire connected to? I dont see any e-throttle relay assigned in your screenshot.
Dhornby88
Its been pinned into pin 1 that didnt work even when called e throttle relay. Then attempted PIN 48 AUX IGN3 and 37 AUX3 both made no changes still doesnt work, the module gets piping hot very quickly. Should e throttle signal 2 be turned on when number 1 signal is also activated. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/160mgyfdzgtkmg6jzul8f/IMG_4929.MOV?dl=0&oref=e&r=ABSw5Kij0BzInE3paEMVOfOcp42YVpaFhADLUgvnD3koV-f74W8J-X3vCvapeRSLjvJJvRRR56CswJfVS8n4csdEfdJJP5B1MTQWYHjJusjDInpP5G275lHEc69InFnXot5dzYPaHlQcoFtlaqtW5MtNut_RuYNVS6IDBKmALoUL-a19rOwyaukLXGBJ_K-9piQ&sm=1 you can hear it making a strange electrical noise at the end too. Adamw
Can you give us some pictures of the wiring. What throttle is it? What pedal is it?
Dhornby88
ill draw another diagram now. The pedal is VE 6 litre GM unit Is it normal for the module to be piping hot? The ecu you can see in video the tps and pedal are reading voltage that seems right?
Adamw
Getting hot probably means it is driving the throttle closed at full power, which could mean the motor is wired back to front, or you have some other wiring wrong. Does the throttle move when you do the TPS calibration? Can you give me a pic or part number of the throttle body too.

Adamw
Sorry, it didnt show on my phone. When the ignition is on, and module is getting hot, can you move the throttle blade easily with your fingers, or does it feel like it is being driven hard closed? 11 hours ago, Adamw said: Does the throttle move when you do the TPS calibration? Adamw
So when you do the TP calibration, what error does it give? Can you do a log while you run the TP cal. Can you attach your map too please.
Dhornby88
Did I need to clear the fault codes? With the motor whining, could the whole issue be the +/- be back to front in the wiring at the throttle body.
