Adamw
If you put a voltmeter across the ECU ground and out 1 terminals on the EGT amp do you have any voltage there? Same at the ecu end?
Neville Messenger
Yes, voltage is present at the amp and at the yellow wire on the expansion loom and rises as the EGT heats up
Adamw
What ecu do you have, S6 or S7/8? Can you attach a copy of your tune.

Adamw
I just tested your map in an ecu here and it works ok. Your AN volt 7 input was only showing 0.02V at the time the map was saved so it suggests there is no connection somewhere. Are you sure the expansion loom is plugged into Exp1 and not exp2? As a quick test you can short the ANvolt 7 pin to the 5V pin with a bent paper clip or similar like below and see if it then shows 1250°C. Neville Messenger
Confirmed its Exp1, tried the shorting with no response.... so is AN7 Faulty? 5 and 6 are configured and working
Adamw
Oh dear, I just found the problem. The bottom board schematic that I was originally looking at shows it correct, but when I check the PCB design there is actually a PCB track missing completely from AN Volt 7. Any chance you can move it to AN Volt 1 on pin 3D or on of the others on Exp 2?
Neville Messenger
Yeah that would do it.... thanks for all your help. I'll investigate using AN Volt 1 or bite the bullet and get another expansion loom
Neville Messenger
Expansion loom 2 installed and EGT working perfectly on AN Volt 9.
