Need Wire Diagram For Evo 9 E-Throttle

Hi Adam i had the Bosch 82mm Electronic Throttle Body. 

 

Evo X pedal pin out as follow :

pin1 : +5V

pin2: Sensor Ground

pin3 APS (Main)

pin4 : +5V

pin5 : Sensor Ground

pin6 : APS (Sub)

connected to Expansion connector 1:

As Follow diagram provided by links top down order:

PIN 2,5 = Gnd

Pin 1,4 = +5V

Pin 3 = Volt 11

Pin 6 = Volt 8

 

Bosch Throttle Body Pin out as follow:

 

Pin 1 : Motor (-)

Pin 2 : TPS(-)

Pin 3 : TPS (+)

Pin 4 Motor (+)

Pin 5 : TPS2 ( OUT )

Pin 6 : TPS1 (OUT )

Connected to Expansion Connector 2:

As Follow diagram provided by links top down order:

Pin 2 : Gnd

Pin 3 : +5V

Pin 4 : AUX 9

Pin 1 : AUX 10

Pin 5 : Volt 6

Pin 6 : Volt 7

Everything was wired but the throttle does not move as the pedal was depress, APS value moved and learn. TPS does not learn and give error msg, tps main not working. Swap pin 5 and & pin 6 around still getting the same tps main error. What would be the problem? Thank you.

You have no PID, your min/max clamp settings look wrong, your E-Throttle target table is mostly full of 0s, and your log has almost no data in it.

 

In future, please always provide a PC Log with every parameter added - what you think is relevant is often not actually relevant, and it's parameters you didn't log which can tell the rest of the story.

 

I suggest you have a good read of the Help file, and fill in this missing data, and you may find that it begins to function a bit better.
