MichaelR32GTR
Hey guys i have a link g4+ fury in my r32 gtr, i had abit of issues enabling launch control the current way it is setup, which is via speed input, ie 0kmh, foot flat and it should enable, then after say 5kmh is turns off but last time at the drags sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn’t so I think I need to wire it to a switch to enable it, is that the best way ? any more info on setting it up properly would be appreciated thanks
Adamw
Possibly your disable was too low. I would typically have the speed quite a bit higher than that. A clutch switch, handbrake switch or steering wheel button are common options though - its really down to driver preference. MichaelR32GTR
What disable speed would be More acceptable also if I was to wire up a launch control which, where does it get wired to, an AUX input ?
Adamw
Any switch gets wired to a DI. Disable speed really needs to be experimented with - but typically you want to get the car moving before it disables, 20-80kmh would be typical depending how close to launch you want it to drop out and whether you are using driven or non driven wheel. Now I set activation thru virtual aux / 3D table with condition 1) Full throttle and 2) LC Rotary switch for profile adjuster. Problem is after start done and go to any lower speed than disable speed, it goes to launch active again when full throttle. What is the best way for Rally? Adamw
Maybe one of your rotary switch profiles could be "unlimited" - so once launch is out of the way you move the switch to the unlimited position. tbase
