EVLTEZ
hi there ive been having issues try to calibrate my e throttle TPS, which i have manage to get it to calibrate by upping the voltage from 4.85 to 5v but i have no control over the throttle, ive set APS while e throttle is disable like it says but still i get nothing, even tired in setup mode, still nothing. wondering if any of the selected ins an outs, voltage is correct on each selection. ive added alog so hopefully it shows. sorry new to this whole thing. cheers for the help PC Datalog - 2022-03-18 7;38;45 pm new log.llgx

EVLTEZ
Hey mate, Hopefully I've uploading the correct ones you after cheers
Adamw
We want the complete tune file from the ECU. When connected go to >file>save as. It will be a .pclx file E-throttle mode needs to be set to "ON" for it to work.
EVLTEZ
at the moment i have a e throttle lock in place at this stage but rather the e throttle to be working send.pclx
Adamw
You will need to remove the lock and do a new log of some pedal movements with the E-throttle mode set to on.
EVLTEZ
good morning i have now removed the lock, done a log with some pedal movement while the car not running. recalibrated APS then TPS they calibrated but still saying its 40% open. cheers new log.pclx PC Datalog - 2022-03-20 11;08;20 am.llgx
Adamw
Why arent you using our Altezza base map? There are many things wrong in your map: E-throttle target table is full of zeros (you are telling the ecu you always want 0% throttle for any pedal position). E-throttle is set to quiet throttle mode (wont work unless engine is running) There is no aux output assigned to the E-throttle clutch (should be aux 5) Fuel equation is in traditional mode - modelled is needed for fuel gauge to work properly in the altezza. Fix the first 3 and E-throttle will work.
EVLTEZ
hey mate my tuner had remotely connected to my ecu, he had loaded one of his maps then changed a few things to get mine to idle alot more stable. so i was able to move it around the place. but throttle is like its been disabled at the moment. if i load your guys base map again an go threw the e throttle setup it should work correctly? what % should i be seeing if its calibrated correctly? also there 2 base maps for the altezza. do i use the base map that has 7 bar in the title since it had a 7 bar sticker on the ecu packaging? just to clearly i have the correct map. cheers
Adamw
Try loading the map attached below, this is the 7 bar base map but I have made a few small fixes. You will just need to enter the correct injector size and it shouldnt be too far off. To load the map, connect the ecu to PC Link then go to >file>open and choose this map. EVLTEZ
hey mate was able to sort out the e throttle. had taken it for a small drive etc, drove very nice, making all the right sounds, besides the wastgate opening up, not sure if i was making boost or not. ive done a log in that short drive, wondering if you can see it making boost, wastegate spring meant to be 5psi. also if you think its ready for tuning. also tired to wire in my AEM uego AFR gauge white wire to narrow o2 sensor an brown wire to ground in ecu, calbrated it to the aem but shows in the range of 7.8, gauge saying 10-11ish use to sit on 14.7 without it wired to the ecu. did i do the wiring wrong for the AFR? cheers PC Datalog - 2022-03-25 4;45;56 pm new.llgx
Adamw
No you didnt make any boost in that log, but the throttle isnt open much more than 20% either so that maybe expected. What model AEM gauge do you have?
EVLTEZ
wasnt really to keen to do WOT b4 tune. that was only a short distance in a 50k zone, AEM is 30-0300 im guessing ive wired it up wrong due to them not the same. only wanting the ecu to know what the gauge is saying.so it can correct things if something happens. cheers
Adamw
Yeah but what Im saying is you cant expect to get full boost if throttle is only 15-20%. So the max boost that is shown in the log is really irrelevant. Worry about boost once youve got the tune closer. The AEM white wire to an analog input and brown to ground is correct. If you unplug the sensor from the AEM gauge with ignition on, engine not running, what does the AFR show in PC Link?
