Correct Injector Size

You might have to elaborate on your question a little more as I dont understand what you are asking.  Typically the injector flow rate is supplied in the data provided by the injector supplier.  Usually it is determined dynamically using the linear slope of a graph of flow Vs pulsewidth at a specific frequency.  Static "wide open" flow data is not as useful.  Most flow test procedures are based around the SAE standard J1832

Hi Adam!!! my question is about injector size selection before I start tuning. If I have an expected power, volumetric capacity of the engine and rpm at peak power, how do I determine the size I need?

thanks!!

The typical injector size calculation for a given amount of power is based on BSFC and several other factors.  There are some basic rules of thumb, but you can also just use an online calculator like this: https://www.inchcalculator.com/fuel-injector-flow-rate-calculator/
