Wheelspk Posted March 21, 2022 Report Share Posted March 21, 2022 hello, with my ecu installed on my evo 8, and all things running good. i wanted to adjust my tps too be 13% when tb is fully closed and then calabrate to 0% using pc link so it is TRUE 100% when at wot... but when i tried adjusting my tps too 13% fully closed link doesn't show that it moves more then 3% which is odd as with my pervious standalone i could adjuat it too 13% np is there a way to read tps before calabration it? mustibushi manual stats TPS should be at 13% when on idel or fully closed. thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Confused Posted March 21, 2022 Report Share Posted March 21, 2022 Forget what the Mitsubishi manual says about 13%, that's only relevant to the original ECU, the Link reads 0-100%, and you calibrate it to your current TPS position. You could still do the Idle Position Switch way of setting the TPS (if, for some reason, you thought you might be putting the stock ECU back in), but so long as the Link sees a varying voltage from rest to 100% open, you're good.
