5v analog supply error

Getting this error message and the 5V out value is very low less than 1 volt flickering on laptop screen.

Engine sensors not happy.

Tps always says 100% can't be calibrated.

IAT saying 100c

ECT saying 100c

My oil pressure sensor wasn't displaying anything.

Any ideas ? HC96X ECU car was previously tuned and running fine been apart and now it's back together doesn't work.

This means you have something overloading the 5V regulator.  Could be a failed sensor or a short to ground somewhere.  Start by unplugging all sensors to see if the 5V output comes back up to 5V.  If it does then plug one sensor back in at a time until you find the culprit.  If 5V doesnt return to normal with all sensors unplugged then there is a wiring issue - since it happened after some work look for potential issues such as a wire snagged in the bell housing or similar.

check your viltages at the TPS pins , As noted earlier that sounds like a shorted out 5V ( 100 deg is the "error" value for some of the sensors)
