eduard Posted December 29, 2022 Report Share Posted December 29, 2022 hello, i have a problem with idling when releasing the gas pedal tps main sometimes 4.3% and sometimes 3.6% idling is always different from 1000 rpm to 900 rpm what is my problem ? Adamw Posted December 29, 2022 Report Share Posted December 29, 2022 You have 0 integral in the E-throttle control. This means the control loop will never correct for the small amount of long term error, so TPS main will never match E-throttle target well, there will always be some error. Set Integral gain to 0.05 as a starting point will usually be enough. Note when you change this setting it is going to mess upo your current idle settings quite a bit as the throttle will now be much closer to the commanded position - so a lot of the idle control will need re-tuning. eduard Posted December 30, 2022 Author Report Share Posted December 30, 2022 Thank you very much your advice helped and problem solved but now i have another problem outside is 0-3 celsius and outside temp sensor starts counting from 1 and going up to 40-41 celsius any suggestions how can i solve this problem?
