AP1
Hello, Using a thunder ecu, i need to use 3 auxiliary outputs low side wired to 3 relay so switch on/off oils pumps. -i have to use on/off switchs (connect to ground) as well to use the oils pumps directly. do i need to use diodes on between switch and aux output? thanks
dx4picco
you could wire the switch in the ECU and make a control logic that could be both manual and automatic with virtual aux
Adamw
It would be fine to have the switches grounding the relay trigger/aux pin. The 12V supply to the relay coils will still need to be ignition switched however so you wont be able to override the relays when the ignition is off. AP1
Ok thank you for your reply, Adamw, so i don't need any diode between the Aux pin and switch connected both to the realy trigger?
