Coming to a stop, idle is a bit high until I blip the throttle

Hey guys, as it's been many, many months since I've delved into the ECU I cannot remember what on earth I might need to adjust slightly to get my idle to come back down to normal when coming to a stop (ie traffic lights).
The idle is usually around 800rpm but it'll be around 1200ish unless I prod the throttle lightly, then it'll come back to where it should be. It doesn't happen 100% of the time but more than not, if that makes sense!

This is for my DE 350z.
