tomotec2
It's designed to be controlled by AUX2, but it doesn't recognize that it's turned on even if it's turned on. Are there any countermeasures?
essb00
Do you have the AC request wired on pin A27 (DI6)? Pls attach your tune file.
Vaughan
Does DI6 go change between active and inactive when you push the button, note you will need the interior fan turned on for this. Do you still have pressure in the AC system?
tomotec2
The air conditioner works in the test of AUX2, but it does not turn on even if the air conditioner switch is pressed. I think the switch is not working. Even if AUX2 is forcibly turned ON in the test, the air conditioner works, but DI6 did not become active. Does it feel like you need to process the wiring even with a plug-in? Please tell me who knows. Even if you change the idle up setting and the numerical value, there is no change. Adamw
If DI6 is not becoming active when you press the switch then the problem is the AC request from the dash. First of all, make sure the DI 6 pull-up is set to on. Assuming the pull-up is correctly set, then most likely as Vaughan suggested already you are low on gas so your pressure switch is open. The pressure switch is a safety to prevent the AC running with no oil in the system. You can test this but unplugging the pressure sensor and shorting the 2 wires together with a paperclip or similar, then see if the AC turns on/off.
