Blake
Hey guys I’m new to this link ecu set up, trying to in put injector information about my injectors but not really having any luck. Dose any one have the Fuel Main, Injector Set, Injector Short Pulse Width Adder Table filled out with 60lb/h Siemens Deka injectors?
Adamw
Set the short PW adder to zero, it is not normally needed for injectors smaller than about 1000cc. There are deadtimes in the help file for the common Deka 60lb, search "Siemens 107961" in the help file and you will find it.
Blake
I added the log file, it looks like my wideband is not set up right and the MGP, the wide band is reading 10.00 all the time unless I rev then let off. maybe you can find some things that are not set up correctly. Thanks fueling_setupproblem.pclr fuelingsetupproblem.llg
Adamw
Lambda definitely doesnot appear to be workng right. MAP/MGP appears ok - I assume you just live at high altitude ? as your BAP is 83Kpa. What do you have for a wideband and how is it connected?
Blake
Yeah I’m in Denver CO, I have a AEM UEGO 30-4100. I have the AEM white wire 0-5v analog connected to pin 6 blue wire on the expansion harness.
Adamw
Ok, the 30-4100 uses a different cal to the X-series so try setting up your AN Volt 4 like this: Also, make sure the calibration screw in the back of the gauge is set to P0 or P1 position. Blake
ok, so i got the lambda sensor calibrated like you informed me, then i logged some files and tried to tune the fuel map 1 to get my idle around 14.7afr. As i'm doing that i see i have a fault for AN volt 4 voltage too low. fuelingsetup2.llgfuelingsetup2.llg Dose it look like i still don't have to sensor calibrated correct? Adamw
It appears to be working ok to me. I suspect you just have a historic error code remaining that hasnt been cleared. Go to event log and clear the fault codes, then do a store.
