Relatively confident we have a solution for this unfortunately it does require a hardware change, Units will need to come in to the nearest office for the work to be done.

Can safely say that diode is not ok.
Rest of the ECU is likely fine biggest impact will be idle speed control.
But we can repair and then check the rest of the board if you were to send it in.

No the V88 didn't support down shift blip. Only cut on upshifts.

Looking at that log all the voltages crash 12V, 5V, battery voltage. I suspect it might be a broken joint on the pin the micro uses for a voltage reference.
You could try warming the ecu up with a hair dryer to see if you can induce the issue. ECU temp / operation should be fine up to 60degC -
Can confirm that is running Flyin Miata firmware and PC link is not compatible.
I think they did their own logging software to suit.

It will need a bottom board revision to resolve this. The bottom board has been unchanged between G4, G4+ and G4x.
It is ear marked to be revised in the future.

With it powered up can you try run the firmware upgrade. This can run even if PC link wont connect.

Sensor has been wired with the factory connector on the sensor, so 6 wires on ECU side and 5 off to the sensor?

Yes it has two independent sensors one for MAP and one for BAP

The M50 will use multi tooth missing mode. 60-2 on crank and cam level (copy the set up from the plugin base map)

If you contact us on [email protected] with the ecu serial number we can point you to the original dealer and they should then be able to do the unlock.

Try bench powering the ECU. Put 12V to pin 54 and ground on to pin 34 and then see if you can connect.
Alternatively with the ecu in the car and key on you can measure the voltage between these two pins.

They will do 2 amps.

Can you please check the ECU firmware as there have been some changes to the EVO trigger decoding.

The EVO1-3 plugin has additional hardware for the hold power circuit which unfortunately means that the ignition output is not available with out additional modifications to the ECU.

The set up will be vary similar to the 2 wire control but with only one channels needed.
Just pick an Aux and then assign as ISC Solenoid.
Check the frequency settings etc and make sure the second drive is now turned off.

Correct the PC software used has to match the ECU generating G4+ for g4+ ecus

These settings should have it very close.
Be sure to do the trigger calibration to set up the base timing.

Make sure the power supply is as per the instructions and not shared with the likes of the coils or injectors.
If it is the only device on the bus make sure it has a terminating resistor fitted. (120 ohm across CAN L and H at unit)
You can look at the Lambda 1 Error status runtime to look for any errors it could be giving.

The ECU will control one of them and then for the second you will need an external controller the CAN Lambda being the Link pick but other 3rd party controllers can be used.

The latest firmware 6.19 has change to stop the code on power down. Its only of concern if it is generate during normal running of the throttle.
