Fuel pump doesn't stop priming

Is the stock fuel pump ecu still in place?

Have you loaded the Link Base map?

If so, the fuel pump control is set to General Xover.

Change it to 80hz 33/66/100%DC. To use this, the Aux output to the fuel pump should be set to FP speed.

This is three stage PWM control which according to the help file is the correct setting for the Supra.

I had the same issue on my Supralink, the above solved it.

Also, at some point in the past has your car had the fuel pump controller bypassed?

No it hasn't been bypassed

Yes the stock fuel pump ecu is still there

Yes the base map was loaded but this is a +t so had to change a few things.

The fuel pump control is set to off and it was tuned that way. Changing it to 80hz 33/66/100%DC will it need to be retuned?
