    Accusump valve

@Adamw , i have installed a Accusump oil accumulator on a race car with electric Valve. The car is equipped with a G4x Xtreme ecu and i have the oil pressure sensor wired in them. I want to build a easy strategy for command the electric accusump valve.. The accusump valve is wired to a relay and the Ecu Aux output is wired to the relay. I need a Pre-oil for engine start , so when the Ecu see Rpm go high than 0 value , the Accusump valve need to open for a pre-oil in engine start. After that, the accusump need to be refill so the valve stay open until the pressure is raised to about 4 bar. In the race/running engine condition, the accusump valve is closed and open only when the pressure oil is low than 2.5 Bar and the accusump stay open until the oil pressure is over 4 bar ,this for recharge the accusump pressure for the next engine oil pressure drop.. it's possible to build with Virtual Aux and some codition this?

    Gear Shift Cut Period

Yes the Cut period have a wrong label, it's max shift time. @Adamw The Gear lever force look same as my setup with G4X and log at 1000 Hz.. Only in the G4+ with 100 Hz Log i have the M shape gear lever force... The cut start at 30 Nm of gear lever force, a little before the barrell start moving so there isn't a really dog preload. Probably with a dog preload the shape is a M style but a few test in the track the report from the driver is the lever feel smooth and soft without the preload on the dog. Looking a log from the G4+ , i have the M shape without dog preload (the cut start before the barrell moving). i compare a few log from same FWD car Quaife Gearbox with lever loadcell knob, about similar setup. Only with g4+ with 100 hz log i have the M shape. another possibility is that the M shape is due to the lever mechanism system. In fact in the two examples I have shown the only difference is the gear lever. With the G4x I have the Quaife V1 lever while with the g4 + I have the quaife V2 lever As about the upshift speed On FWD car i see time from 95ms to 75 mS On RWD car i see time lower to 60 mS on high gear This is one of my setup w ith g4x..

    Gear Shift Cut Period

Sorry it's a sequential gearbox with barrell position and load cell? Why don't use the closed loop strategy?
  4. @Adamw ok thanks for the reply.. Today i have dynoed the car and i have a cut like a limiter at 8000 rpm but from the log there isn't the rpm limiter active. The wideband lambda signal is lean because i haven't the output connected to the ecu, but from my wideband display the Afr is at 12 and from the log the fuel pressure is stable On the dyno I try with level filter 3 for see if help with the cut at 8000 rpm but nothing change i attach a trigger scope with engine in load at 7500 rpm at the dyno.. From the log is a Fuel cut but it before the rpm limiter value...the noise from the dizzy activate the rpm limit random near the set point?
  5. @Adamw i have re-try this morning with level 1 on cam and crank and 0.2 V at 500 rpm as trigger level for cam and crank anmd the car don't start. I upload the old calibration and start at first crank Attaached the calibration, the log after the car start and a trigger scope on cranking
  6. This is great.. As for the trigger wheels in this configuration I need crank wheels and “cam” wheel as Tooth reference for sequential injection? Crank wheel 12-1 will be fine? and a single tooth trigger wheel for “cam” signal? Or it can do only with the crank wheel?
  7. I have a customer interested in a LinkEcu installation to a Kawasaki 750 2 Stroke Engine.. The engine is a 3 Cylinder. , 120° crankshaft.. The Ecu is capable to do that?
  8. @Adamw Do you think it's better do some test with Level 1 noise filter and 0.2 V Arming Threshold at 0 Rpm? I have try before and the car don't start..
  9. @Adamw , i have do a new HC92X installation with Oem Dizzy on a HondaBseries Engine. The car was hard to start in the crank . I do a triggerscope for check the trigger voltage and after i change the Noise filter for cam and crank from Level1 to Level 2. After this, the car start and run great ready for the dyno tune on roller. I attach the calibration, trigger scope From your experience, i need to use the level 2 as filter because my sensor on dizzy are not good?

    Aim GPS to Link Ecu

@Adamw Ok thanks... it's look ok for the G4+ this setting?

    Aim GPS to Link Ecu

@Adamw thanks a lot for the help... it's possible to do it in the G4+ Ecu ?

    Aim GPS to Link Ecu

@Adamw it's interesting to send the Aim Signal GPS to the G4X for show the Gps speed in the log.. it's possible to do that? I have try with a can output on race studio configuration and a can receive in the link ecu setting.. Can you take a look if this can work?

    Blip Response Time

@Adamw this sound good.. In a typical downshift from 4th to 3rd under hard braking condition with Blip set to end mode as Shift end the e-throttle take about 100 ms for reach the target and 80 mS for close when the Gear Throttle trim is removed from my log. This cause me a engine push forward after the downshift when i re-engage the clutch This is a PID setting wrong for e-throttle or change the setting to blip set as predictive can solve me the issue?

    Blip Response Time

@Adamw this is very helpfull information! So after this setup and Blip End set to Predictive : - the ecu when i do the downshift open the throttle as the value in the Gear Throttle trim - the ecu monitor the Rpm change and do a background calculation for the Rpm target in the next gear - the ecu work to remove the Blip when the RPM in the next gear is at target It's the ecu logic for the Blip set to Predictive? and.. the Blip Response table , what change?
  15. VtrSp1

    Blip Response Time

@Adamw i try to learn how the Blip end mode set to predictive - blip response time change versus the Blip End mode set to Shift end in a sequential gearbox with lever closed loop shifting.. I search on the help manual but it's not explained very well. On a Sequential Gearbox with closed loop shifting gear position sensor and loadcell knob - Blip End mode set to Shift End mean that blip is removed when the next gear is engaged - Blip End mode set to Predictive what mean? The ecu can't monitor the Rpm change vs a target Rpm because there isn't a Gear ratio table filled with the ratio but there is a voltage table
  16. @Adamw ok thanks a lot.. I do a first track test and the accell pump don't work.. I have the log in the race but it's too big 60 Mb Looking at the log on the dyno, there is the same issue, i attack the dyno log I attack the calibration , do you have any advice about the accell pump not working?
  17. @Adamw Finally i do the tune on the dyno but i have a few issue.. The first is some noise on engine speed , i check the trigger value for trigger 1 and 2 , it's like as the suggested on help manual.
  18. @Adamw do you have time to send me the drawing for the knock sensor modify? ☺️
  19. @Adamw i have do a trigger scope ,the car start and run great! I have do the timing light check for the trigger offset and next i have do the test to 1cyl with -20° for see if the ignition is retarded with the timing light on 1st cyl with great result! Can you look at the scope and trigger threshold if is ok? The car have the Oem Dizzy and COP TriggerScopeLog.llgx TriggerScopeLog 5000 rpm.llgx
  20. Yes some OBD1 Honda ecu don't have the Knock sensor.. I can do this modify with flying lead to the adapter board for make the knock pin available? I'm on Italy and it's very expensive to me send the ecu to NZ
  21. @Adamw i'm ready to install a HC92X Plugin for Honda Civic 92-95 with COP , Oem distributor in a turbocharged car I can Run the COP with the oem distributor in sequential injection and direct spark? I can use a Knock Sensor? I don't find information about that.
  22. @Adamw the tune is attached in the previous message the engine is the Renault F4R that I have modified the crank wheel to a 60-2. The crank sensor is a Vr reluctor and the cam sensor is hall effect! Yes I can do a trigger scope !
  23. @Adamw , i have an issue with the customer race car.. Often in the race, the Engine speed read from ecu spike to 15000 or more rpm or strange value and the ecu cut This appera often at 3000 rpm when i do a wot and after a wot when at 6200 rpm i left the foot from the throttle I have try to change the filter noise on trigger 1 and trigger 2 from level 1 to 2 and next to level 3 but this not help It's a trigger 1 noise issue?
  24. @Adamw i have modified the crank tooth, set as 60-2 trigger reluctor and cam trigger level hall effect and 276° offset the car start and run perfect! After this i check with individual ignition table for cyl 1 and timing light on cyl 1 if with -10 ° in the Ign trim table 1 the timing light show the retard and it work great! I have change the VVT offset from the suggested 60° (but not verified) in the help manual to 28° to match at idle the 0 degree in the table. Next i have check at 10 , 20 , 30 ° ,40° and the Real angle compared to target is very good! Dyno the engine and 380 Whp , it's a F4R Turbo with Garrett G25-550 I attach the log from the dyno and the calibration, if you can take a look in the trigger for see if is all ok.. - In the car i have the AIM MXS 1.2 with some data , but it's possible to receive from aim the GPS Speed for log them on LinkEcu?
