Your dead time values are incorrect. What dead time values are you using? You should be looking at IDC% to see if injectors are maxed out NOT the 150 number in the main fuel table as there are so many variables.
-
With only 11 seconds of log and no recording of idle position DC% i can only see that the engine fan kicks in once dropping you idle. Also your lambda is not tracking your target. Best to get this closer

Post a new log and file

Its not overrun cuting in and out?
-
Your current Map and a log file will help tech support with fixing your issue.

North Queensland. Aus I can do dead times and max flow 98 and E85. SPAT I can't do.
-
If u send me one I can do it on my test rig.
-
Yep 1.52 sorry. Those figures dont take into account your wiring or LINKS ECU injector setup. https://www.golebysparts.com.au/products/siemens-deka-2400cc-injectors Link has a good injector test function. So worst case you can work it out that way.

These are the dead time figures i found for 43.5 Psi. Any reason why you have your base fuel pressure at 50 PSI? 8v---- 1.52 10v--- 1ms 12v----0.71ms 14v----0.55ms 16v---0.43ms

Glad it works. Always frustrating chasing the little things. Another thing to look at is the over run fuel cut settings. At 1.2% TP threshold you may find you can reach 1500 rpm with less TP% so when sitting stationary and holding the rpm up it will bounce in and out of overrun fuel cut.

In the help file type in Stepper Reset, explains 2 different ways for a reset. 5 sec hold time should be enough i reckon. I would give it a clean first so it give repeatable results. I would also target a slightly richer AFR at idle until you get the idle sorted .95 is always my start point until i get idle stable.
-
Few things i've noticed While your dead time are correct you don't have any figures in the SPAT. You have got the idle stepper reset on key off but don't have a ecu hold time.

These are low resistor injectors do u still need a resistor box?

My 1st thunder was the same. More annoying than anything. 2nd is about .2 out. Just make sure voltage doesn't drop when ECU internal temp rises. Is there a voltage difference between bat voltage and aux voltage.

Not sure if 9600 normal, will try 115200 cheers.

So after fixing that im now at 60hz and dropping down to 31hz when logging. Still pretty poor tho. If i change the logging rate from 40hz to 20hz the sample rate increases to 43hz. Is that a ECU limitation?
-
So i think think might be because this dam PC keeps using the Intel graphics instead of the geforce GPU. No idea how to stop that atm.
-
Thanks for the quick response guys. PC im now using is a ASUS ROG scar strix 3 with the RTX 2060 so should have no issues there. Hope the below pic helps. Also happy for anyone to remote logon and have a play around. Not sure it it makes a difference but i have both CAN 1 and 2 channels full. [/IMG] Enjoy your holidays, this can wait as its not urgent just annoying.
-
Any idea why the software sample rate is so dam slow. Not sure if it is a usb driver issue or a limitation of the ECU. Sample rate goes between 40 and 25Hz. worst when logging. [/IMG]
-
Sound like the ecu has a poor power supply or ground. Have you tried powering it up out out the car? Also make sure you don't have any CAN devices connected.
-
I've quoted it again, please read it slowly this time.
-
If a LINK ECU is not wired in as per the LINK help file/recommendation it is wired incorrectly. If another brand requires the injector outputs wired differently they you must follow that or again it has been wired incorrectly.
-
Having it wired incorrectly will cause confusion when trying to configure knock control.
