Bayleebryson Posted November 7, 2019 Report Posted November 7, 2019 I have my ect fan switched through my ecu but when set as engine fan 1,2,3 and passes the desired temp it doesnt switch on but when I use test on there is no issues. Any ideas Quote
Brad Burnett Posted November 7, 2019 Report Posted November 7, 2019 May want to post a copy of your calibration so we can see if theres anything strange. Quote
Richard Hill Posted November 7, 2019 Report Posted November 7, 2019 If I remember rightly, engine fan logic will only activate once the engine has run. Quote
Bayleebryson Posted November 7, 2019 Author Report Posted November 7, 2019 Yeah the engine has been run on the dyno and all sensor's calibrated and aux output is the correct one. They turn on when I switch it to test on but not buy there self at the desired temp Quote
Richard Hill Posted November 7, 2019 Report Posted November 7, 2019 So with the engine running, they don't switch on? Also, have you got any wheel speed sensors assigned? In older firmwares this caused an issue with idle speed control, maybe also affected fan outputs. What firmware are you running? Quote
Bayleebryson Posted November 7, 2019 Author Report Posted November 7, 2019 Yeah that is right. They dont switch on. But I know it's on the ecu side because you can switch them on manually Quote
Adamw Posted November 8, 2019 Report Posted November 8, 2019 Can you attach a copy of your tune and a log of the engine running above the temp that the fan is meant to switch on. Quote
