Ivan 2jz Posted April 1, 2020 Report Share Posted April 1, 2020 Hello to everyone Im new here I have problem setting up my dual fuel pump control ,Im using Aux#2 for pump#1 and Aux#9 for pump#2 , so pump #1 (aux#2) working normal with key on when key off pump still running and I have 10.5 v with key off .Resistance on aux 2 4Megaohms with key off even with disconnected battery 4Megaohms . Brad Burnett Posted April 1, 2020 Report Share Posted April 1, 2020 relay needs to be wired as follows pin 30 Battery 12v pin 87 fuel pump pin 86 +12v switched pin 85 ecu aux control to me it sounds like when key off pin 86 would still have 12v. Adamw Posted April 3, 2020 Report Share Posted April 3, 2020 So with nothing connected to aux 2, you should see around 12V when it is turned off (ignition on) and 0V when set to test mode? Note Aux 9 on the expansion connector cant be used as an aux, it is for E-throttle only. If you want to use aux 9 as an aux then you need to connect the relay to pin B74 on the main ecu plug (labeled aux 10). Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That shouldnt matter, the ECU side will be grounded when ignition is off also, so you will effectively have both side of the relay coiled grounded.
