I have a BorgWarner EFR Turbo Speed sensor  can I connect it directly to ECU or I need a turbo speed transducer modules ?

You will need the module that is built in to the plug/connector but outside of the oem's you cant buy them without that anyway.  But apart from that it will be a direct connection to the ecu.

For EGT sensors what (CAN module) would you recommand ?

There are many options, they all work pretty similar.  The ECUMaster one is common because of its low cost and it works well.

I have this sensor

The sensor is a +5V , Ground , SIGNAL =DGITAL INPUT ? 20200811_084650.thumb.jpg.3e0ee0fb9e8cebd5d604d475396417fe.jpg

Looks like DI11 isn't exposed anywhere, neither are Aux11-16. It is possible to have more pins physically exposed if you need them, you can also use spare Analog pins for switched (not frequency) inputs.

DI9 on the main header would not be a bad choice for the turbo speed, it is neutral switch in the WRX104

Can you please give me the list of remaining pins available ? for exemple AUX 4, 11,12,13,14,15,16.  I am using Turbosmart Anti Lag Valve with a position sensor and I need a second MAC boost solenoid to control the ALV, I want to use IC Spray ,two fans for intercooler , 4 IAT sensor, 1 ECT pressure sensor ,2 Exhaust pressure sensors ,1 Fuel Pressure sensor, 4 OIL pressure/Temp Bosch Motorsport PST-F 1 ,Ethanol sensor ,Aquamist HFS3-v3.1 system , and slowly I remain without Input/Output !

On a single +5V and Ground(Signal) wire how many sensor I can wire safely?

Thanks

Aux 7 (A11),  Injector 5 (A14), Injector 6 (A15), Injector 7 (B2), Injector 8 (A17) should all be available. Are you sure CE Light is on Aux 8 not Injector 8?

The 2 factory fans are on Ignition 5 (B24) and Ignition 7 (B25), at a guess you have the intercooler in front of your radiator and so the factory rad fans or larger replacements should do the job for your intercooler?

1 EC Temp + 4 Air temps + EC Pressure + 2 Exhaust Pressure + Fuel Pressure + 4 oil pressure + 4 oil temp is all 4 An Temp channels + another 13 Analog voltage channels which is more than the ECU has before you take into account things like tps, MAP, etc. I would recommend looking into either a CAN expansion device of some form or wiring the sensors you don't need for tuning into an aftermarket dash.

If you're not using Cruise Control DI 6 or 7 would be fine for the ethanol sensor.

I believe I've seen @Adamw say more than 20 sensors on the 5V supply before.

Same goes for Aux 4.

Note Aux11-16 are switched only, they can't do PWM.

Today I wire up the Bosch Pressure Sensor Combined PST-F 1 but Cal Table don't have enough row for the full calibration given by Bosch !

can this aspect be solved in the next firmware?

any idea if in the near future will be possible to have the opportunity to use the full Temp scaling for this type of sensor?

Can anyone help me with this?

Bosch says to use a 4.6 KOhm pull-up resistor for temperature ,I test the sensor on 1 kOhm and the sensor seems to be working fine!

what is your recomandation to use a 4.6 kOhm , 1 kOhm or 10 kOhm , and what Tolerance ?

Thanks

1Kohm will give you the best resolution at normal working temperatures.  1% tolerance is normal.  4.6K would give better resolutioin at temperatures below 0 which is not important for oil temp in my opinion.

Last winter we had temperature of -32 C ,I don't have expectations I only have hopesn to stay in max +130 and - what the winter will bring :D

NTC sensors are near linear at either end of the scale - just in the mid range they are most non-linear.  So if you really wanted full quoted range of that sensor you can just skip one on or two calibration points at each end where is is near linear.  I still dont see why you would need to accurately know oil temp at -40 but you can do it if you wish.  Something like this:

Hello guys I Wired up the fuel pressure sensor on An Volt 7 pin D24 ,and the sensor is not working. I checked the wire , I changed the sensor but it's still not working. After this I changed from An Volt 7 to An Volt 4 and the sensor its  working. what could be the problem with the An Volt 7  pin D24?

Two weeks ago the pin was working
