[email protected] Posted May 28, 2021 Report Share Posted May 28, 2021 Can I convert my Modeled tune to a Tradition tune just by toggling it in the settings? The engine is a 3sge 5th generation beams and the ecu is a G4+ blue storm. I ask the question as I have the car somewhat road tuned already after some hours of using my can lambda and the autotune function but am now thinking of going to a tradition style setup. Will the tune carry over if i change it in the settings to Traditional? Or do I need to start again? I heard that maybe I could speak nicely to link and they may be able to convert the file? Adamw Posted May 28, 2021 Report Share Posted May 28, 2021 There is no way to convert between modelled and traditional or vice versa, it will need to be retuned. As dx4 says Im not sure you have much to gain by changing to traditional, it is a pretty simple NA engine that should be easy to tune either way.
