4 Terminal ISC Stepper doesn't work

4 terminal ISC stepper doesn't work.
How can I check the operation by sending test pulses or any else?
The stepper resistors (between AUX5-6, AUX7-8) are about 40 ohms.
ECU hold power is not wired so Stepper Reset is set to Key-On.
I have tried Bipolar Reverse, or swapping AUX7 and 8, but they never work.

The Evo plug-ins do not have the high side drive hardware on board to drive a 4 wire stepper (bipolar), they can only drive a unipolar stepper motor that has its own 12V supply as per the factory evo stepper it was designed for.

You will have to change to a 2, 3 or 6 wire valve.

Not all Plugin ECUs have the High side driver for Aux5-8 fitted as not all Plugin ECUs require that functionality, I suspect that the EVO3 is one of those plugin ECUs with the High Side driver chip not fitted. Best course of action is probably to hit up tech support to see if you can get that chip fitted to your ECU.
