linklearner
Hi Guys, I'm having a problem getting the calibration correct for the Temp Sensor in a Bosch 0261230340, when I have that calibration selected it read -40°C, if I select the Calibration for the Bosch 0280130017 it reads what looks to be pretty close, what am I doing wrong? Here are some pictures of it, the ECU is a Xtream, Thanks Jono
Vaughan
What firmware do you have in the ECU, what voltage is it showing for An Temp 4?
linklearner
I'm not with the Vehicle atm but I think the voltage was about 3.5V from memory, not too sure of the ECU Firmware sorry.
Vaughan
3.5V with 1k pullup to 5v should be around 2.333333kOhm which is something like 22deg on the 0 261 230 340 calibration, definitely check which firmware version you are using. linklearner
Currently it has Version 6.16.27 and I'm unable to upload the latest firmware, I have included the error message I'm getting, any idea what might be causing me not to be able to update it? Thanks
Vaughan
That Bosch calibration was added in 6.19 and so won't work until you update the firmware, also your current firmware is 3 years old and there have been many changes since. Did you try just the one time or more than once? How far does the green bar get before failing, can you take a screenshot of the window at the end of a failed update? linklearner
I tried many times, I never saw any green bar, it would just come up with this error straight away.
Adamw
Have you clicked on the "Read Notes First" button? This will change to upgrade only after you have read the notes. koracing
