Simon
Yes the shop / dealer will need to supply the code. They will need the ECU serial number to do this.

Scott
Hi Chong,When you say it can not start up, do you mean the Atom ECU will not power up (you can't connect to it with PCLink), or that the engine will not start?Scott
Chong
Pclink is conected to the ecu but the engine can not fire up
Simon
You will need to go through and configure the ECU to suit how it has been wired. You will need to set the triggers to suit the motor (suspect for your application it will be EVO1-3 trigger mode),set base timing and then maybe adjust the fuelling. Chong
Hi simon it is done and the engine is started now thanks for all to helping me to get my ecu work next step i need to tune the afr
Scott
Hi Chong, good work on getting the engine started. I suggest setting up the AFR/Lambda target to start with. Then look at using the PCLink's QuickTune function to assist in tuning the fuel table.Scott

Chong
Hi simon but one of my friend he is using g4+ atom also and his tuner say it do have and it really do have launch control when his hand brake is pulled up is that anyway to set this up?? Scott
Hi Chong,Here is an ECU feature chart. It shows what functions each ECU has. As you can see the G4+ Atom does not have launch control or anti-lag. Possibly your friends tuner is using one of the General Purpose RPM Limit tables for a basic form of launch control.ScottECU Model Differentian 0116.pdf Edited August 15, 2016 by Scott
Chong
I know how to set that on atom and it done by using di2 conect to hand brake switch and then set on the 5d fuel table so it will be active like launch control thanks simn for the information

Adamw
Here is one way you can do a launch limiter with the Atom. Use a GP RPM Limit. Set one axis of the GP limit table to the DI that has your launch switch connected (0 means switch off, 1 means switch is on). In this example you can see the limit is 10000RPM when the switch is off and 4000RPM with the switch on. You can use the same strategy to add fuel or retard ignition using 4D fuel and ignition tables.
