    Howard,
If you're buying a Microsoft Surface Pro, they normally come with & run Windows 11 (or with Windows 10 if it's an older model) as the native operating system, not Android. If that's the case, you can just install Link's PCLink software on that and use it to log/display as-is. I've got a Surface Pro 8 from my work that I loaded PCLink on, it works great for tuning/logging as a passenger seat dash display. No extra computer geekery required!

Ok, you have caught it properly in this log.  As I suspected your 5V output is shorted out.  You can see below (yellow trace) it is bouncing between 0 & 2.2V, this means no 5V sensors are reading correctly.  It should normally be 4.98-5.02V if everything is good.

Most commonly in my experience this short is failing sensor - usually a pressure sensor.  To diagnose, put the 5V Out parameter on a large gauge similar to below on one of your screens, next time the fault occurs, set up the laptop somewhere you can see it from the engine bay and go around and unplug the 5V sensors one at a time.  If the 5V gauge suddenly pops back up to a stable 5V when you unplug a sensor you have found the culprit.

    Sounds like it's crashed

    There is a reset procedure
Will have a look from a message I had from link
HI Neil, It would be worth trying a firmware reset. To do this hold the enter key/ button down (the one at the bottom of key pad) while powering up the unit. This will reset all settings so you might have to reset the ECU type and any alarms that you ahd set up.

Have a look at your target trim tables, you have ECT pulling 100Kpa out at all temps, IAT trim pulling 100Kpa out at normal running temps and gear trim adding or subtracting depending on gear position.

Actually you want a bigger master fuel number in order to reduce your fuel table numbers...
Here is how I would make this adjustment with minimal effect to your already tuned cells:
To get your fuel table numbers more sensible we need reduce them by about 30% - this means we need to increase your master fuel by about 30% (realising it has to be a whole number it likely wont be exactly 30%).  So as an example lets say your existing master fuel is 11, and we choose to increase it to 14.  Now to get the exact percentage increase we divide the new fuel master by the old fuel master: 14/11 = 1.27273 (about a 27.3% increase).
Now you left click on the top left corner of the fuel table to select the whole table, then just type in "/1.27273" (but without the ") and hit enter, this will reduce the whole table by the same percentage that you increased your master so your tune should remain relatively unchanged.
