  3. What signal is disappears? Coms to the PC, RPM ?
  4. Hi what firmware are you running? This will be on a sticker on the main micro.
  5. First thing to check is that you have resistive plugs fitted. Non resistive plugs can cause huge noise problems.
  6. It is a G1 Linkplus with the latest firmware for a G1. http://www.linkecu.com/support/documentation/g1-engine-management-documentation/LinkPlus%20V14%20manual.pdf

    V5?

It is a G1 LEM V5 Contact [email protected] for the loom and pricing.
  8. You might find you are just hitting the over run fuel cut. (very light throttle and high vacuum)
  9. Map limit should be a little bit higher than the maximum boost you wish to run. It is a safety limit should the wastegate or control of fail. If you are not running a turbo or supercharger then any value above atmosphere will be fine. Simon
  10. I would suggest a V5 upgrade would be good but isn't a must. The V3 will accept boost to 22psi. Simon
  11. Firmware fix is now available on the website.
  12. 1) You can configure an aux out to GP output and then switch just on RPM and you have a shift light control. 2)So do we and we are working on it. 3)You have the option of IAT and ECT trims. And on the main table you can span your axis using many different options. What trim would you be using the 4D table for? 4)Any reason you wish to cut fuel only?
  13. You have a G3 LEM with adapter. This ecu is unable to control cam timing as it does not have the required inputs or hardware to support it.
  14. Hi Mark Is it a G3 plug in, LEM or Linkplus? Simon

    Ignition trouble

Hi Dan. It sounds like you might be missing an RPM signal and could also have the ECU configuration incorrect. A common trap is to set the ECU to distributor mode. It should be set to multi coil.
  16. Its a bit of a mystery this one as the crucial sticker on the main micro is missing. To figure out what you have we are going to need to get a hand control plugged in and hope it has a software id. The best thing to do would be to get the V5 upgrade and then it will be almost as good as a full v5. (you will be missing the functions on the rear plug that this board doesn't have)
  17. Hi Nepia Cameron got it slightly wrong. The sub-board you have is fine for a distributor nissan application If you do need multi coil then you will need sub-board and V5 upgrade. For the change over we will need it sent to us in Christchurch Simon
  18. Yep not a problem at all. Just pair up the inputs.
  19. The cause has been identified and working on a solution. So some progress.
  20. Correct it needs to be run through a controller. We use and recommend the Innovate Motorsports LC1
  21. It will be able to idle but you will be missing idle up for cold starts and loads on the engine like AC power steering etc. The wires from the alternator give feedback to the ECU about the load and allows better idle control. We don't use these. Wideband is almost a must have these days and should be situated about a meter after the turbo. At the very least make sure you have a fitting for one so that the tuner can fit one if required.
