Fotis
\ Looks like i am very unlucky but whatever. So rpm bounces up and down. This happens with load only . No trigger errors , scope looks good , timing locked , both signal ok. Maybe bad coils ?
Adamw
Map and log would be helpful.
Fotis
Hi Adam , please go here because the log file is big to upload here https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=1rOOHbs0n-1AiiVk4-_LaQ1_MJnN3NUYY
Adamw
I dont see many clues to where the problem is, it appears to be a misfire. Can you try increasing dwell to about 2.0 and give it about 25deg timing and see if it changes anything. I assume you have changed some stuff in the attached map compared to the log as the log shows 19deg timing @ 6000 but the map shows 24deg. Do something like this just for a test: Fotis
Ducie54
Your engine speed ROC moves around a fair amount.

Fotis
Here you go Adam Tried both 2ms and 2.3 ms they were the same. Here is a trigger scope at somewhere 7K rpm The New log with the dwell timing increase is here name 2.3 : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1rOOHbs0n-1AiiVk4-_LaQ1_MJnN3NUYY Coil On Plug 9.pclr

Simon
Can you check the signal with the trigger pullups turned off in the ECU. As the signal is showing a 12V wave which would indicate there is a pullup in the AEM CAS unit. Then save a trigger capture as a log and attach. Fotis
Yes i will do it tomorrow but why it behaves like that at higher rpm?
Simon
If there are multi pullups the switching of the signal might not be as clean and causing issues. In that image you can see the signal is starting to look a bit ugly already.
