max Posted April 10, 2020 Report Share Posted April 10, 2020 in the runtime value list under the fuel tab at the bottom there is a box saying charge temperature it gets to a certain temp then the box goes red . basically what is it and does it affect anything and where does it take a reading from as its not taking it from the iat sensor and i cant find a menu for it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Brad Burnett Posted April 10, 2020 Report Share Posted April 10, 2020 The value for charge temp comes from the "charge temp approximation" table in the fuel tab. values as for color change can be edited in the parameters tree by double clicking on the parameter you wish to adjust the properties for. Adamw Posted April 10, 2020 Report Share Posted April 10, 2020 If you are using traditional fuel mode the charge temp compensation can be turned on/off (in fuel main settings). In modelled mode it is always active. So if you are using traditional mode and the charge temp correction is turned off then it wont be used.
