DO1023
Hi folks. Haven't setup this dual temp/pressure sensor from Link before. Is there a preset in software for it? If not, does anyone have any info on a proper table for it? https://dealers.linkecu.com/CPTS Cheers!
Adamw
For the temp sensor calibration just set it to Bosch Std NTC. For the pressure it is best to use custom cal 4/5/6. Example below.
DO1023
Understood - thank you! I was alittle confused on how to setup a sensor that has two functions ha! So of course it just goes to one I/O or are there separate wires based on which function you're using ( so two I/O wires ) ?
Adamw
there are 4 wires, 5v, gnd, temp signal, press signal.
Grant Baker
Do you need a 4.6k pull up on this sensor for temperature? I'm sure it says that in the Bosch data sheet?
dx4picco
The value of the pullup resistor will mainly influence the reading precision at high or low temps. It is not needed to use the value they give. A smaller pull up will help with reading at higher temp which is what we want Internal 2k pull up will do all you need. DO1023
Hope all is well - I wa nted to retouch this and confirm the proper way to configure a CPTS in G4X Software? For Temp I just used the standard bosch NTC as before and for the pressure I used a linear cal with similar values.
Adamw
For the temp cal "Std Bosch NTC", for the press cal G4X has a dedicated calibration "Bosch 10Bar 0261 230 340"
