koracing Posted June 18, 2023 Report Share Posted June 18, 2023 I just tried installing the G2-G3 software myself and got the same error. I checked the installation folder (PCLink3) and there appears to be two usb driver folders there, however. One is named Link USB Drivers and one is named LinkECU-USBDrivers. The former is empty and the latter has inf files in it. I'm assuming you've tried connecting and it's not finding the USB device? Perhaps the second folder with the drivers present could be used to update the drivers if it asks for a driver when new hardware is detected? Adamw Posted June 19, 2023 Report Share Posted June 19, 2023 They are pretty old so possibly blocked by windows. If you have G4 or G4+ already installed on the same PC though you wont even need to install the older G3 driver, it should work with the newer driver.
