    Autotune

Yep Dave is spot on on this one.
  2. The LS1/2 coils are a good pick if you are going to run 8 coils. Another option would be to go to a wasted spark setup using dual post coils like the early VR4's / Evos ran.
  3. On late firmware there is a PWM option on your aux outputs. Simon

    Data logging

As the Firmware for the G4 is geared to run on a very simillar platform, our goal is keep working on the G3 untill we have the promised features realeased. This will be when developement stops on the G3.
  5. It won't however this is still coming.
  6. At higher RPM the signal can sometimes drop off a bit but nothing to the extent of needing trigger levels that low. Really need to get the scope on there to look at what is coming into the ECU.
  7. Its something that is yet to be finished off for public release. It is in the pipe line though.
  8. For cost you are best to give [email protected] an email and they will be able to sort you out. The ECU its self is a G1 LEM with Version 5 firmware. It can happly run 8 injectors. and the coil pack arangement.
  9. The Knock Block is the better tuning tool. But if you just want something to let you know when something is up once tuned then the Knock Link is a good option.
  10. They switch to ground. With an injector connected you will see 0-12V switched. 0 volts when injector is open and 12 volts when its closed.
  11. Make sure you set up the triggers correctly. You will need to do the Test eccs function to check for the widest slot as this varies between engines. Simon
  12. You will need to keep using 3.35 for the time being.

    Auto tune for g3

Yes this is coming and will be in the next firmware release. Simon
  14. The comunications used are the same for both devices and as such can't be pluged in at the same time.
  15. Hi Staffan It would be worth checking that the trigger two input goes to the correct location on the header. We had one batch of looms assembled incorrectly. Also watch your arming voltages in the trigger set up. THese should start at around 0.5 and ramp up to 4 . Simon
  16. The second fan should come on when the AC is running.
  17. This is an early G1 plugin ECU Would be ok for EVO 4-6
  18. Most electronic places will be able to source it for you if they dont have one. Most of the time though it would just be a bad joint rather then the actual regulator failing.
  19. Not totally there is a firmware release coming shortly.
  20. Are you able to send through your PCL file to [email protected]
  21. All you need do is wire to ignition 2 rather than ignition 1. And you will be all set. Just make sure to set it to 6 cylinders. Simon
  22. No way to add in proper Air temp correction on these old ECUs. There are two a 12volt and a 5 volt both of these are on the main heatsink that runs across the board.
  23. The base maps are used to configure the ECU's when used with an AdaptaLink. In terms of whats available that will be determined by the ECU. LEM will have less options than the LinkPlus.
  24. Are you running 8 coils? If so you will need two 4 channel igniters. If you pair the coils to the igniter output each coil only gets half the available current. Resulting in a very week spark.
