  1. I have a customer with a Pnp G4X HC96 ecu. Today i plugged the usb port into the laptop and it shorted out my laptop port. Then i changed the usb cord and picked another laptop and it shorted out again. Measured voltage on the usb coming from the ecu is 12V.

Anyone knows whats up here? Not the first time powering up the ecu. It was tuned from me the very first time.

  2. To be honest, i have never wired something like this before but to my guessing , the 2 on top are power wires and the 2 on the connector are the switching? So one of them will be constant +12volt or ground and it will be switch via an aux1-4 from the link ecu. And the Push buttom will be one ground and the other +12V?

The existing push button is ground and power and the power is switched via the oem ecu if am correct, will link be able to run it this way?

Sorry for all the questions just to be extra sure. Better to ask twice and do once.

    Thanks Adam

  3. Anyone knows how to wire up a seadoo starter solenoid? So push button and kill switch will work?

Unfortunately i don't have the wiring diagram.

  4. Hi everyone,

Planning to run a link ecu on a customer vehicle which is a Toyota AW11 1.6 - 16Valve Naturally aspirated engine. I would like to ask you if this is the correct ecu to be fitted. Better to buy once :D

    Product MR2Link V1 - TST185X

    Kind Regards

  5. Hi there, as a tuner i am looking to buy the link can wideband. I usually tune link ecu's and sometimes other brands. My question would be will the CAN bus work with other brand ecu's?

Also what's the response time of wideband?

    Thank you.

  6. Hi everyone,

Working on a telemetry module project to make a link ecu communicate wirelessly with the laptop, i would like to know the pinout of the circular connector of the link ecu if that's possible?

    Rx, Tx, 0v ,5v etc.

    Kind Regards

  7. For the most recent i've done, i've seen some delay on cranking on a Subaru Version 8 Sti and on a Honda civic 96HC+ B18c type r. Tried playing with the arming voltage but it stills nothing compared to the factory ecu.

  8. Hi everyone, this is a general question regarding serveral cars i've tuned lately using Link Ecu's G4+.

The question is i tried lots of trial and error on the cold start cranking parameters and calibrations and it really doesnt reduce the time that the engine will crank until it starts. Why's that? Using the factory ECU will start right off.

I've also done different calibration settings for the triggers using an oscilloscope and the voltage change on the arming tables doe not speed forward the cranking time.

Can you please help me to better understand how that works and how i can achieve better/faster crankings? (Keep in mind engines are not high compression.)

    Kind Regards

  9. Hi everyone, looking for the engine wiring diagram of the seadoo Jetski RXP 300 (2018).  Anyone who can help me? ( not the link ecu pinout but the stock harness diagram).

    Thanks in Advance.
