    Hi Scott, Thank you for the assistance It is Nissan RF10 engine converted to gas engine.
  3. With the latest software version it allows to fit i88 in to odd fire engines. I have 4 stroke V10 planned to run wasted spark, left bank cylinder number is 2,4,6,8,10 right is 1,3,5,7,9, firing order 1-2,7-8,5-6,3-4,9-10, its unequal firing 90 degree then 54 degree then 90 then 54 etc.. I wonder what is the best crank trigger for this application. Can I use the available 24 or 60-2 tooth trigger disc or should make specific disc that has multiplier by 5 tooth.

Simon, I have tried as suggested: - The inj 5 won't work either for fuel pump nor ac clutch. - The ac clutch pin 22 connected to don't know I was just having another problem, I tried to down grade to 4.9.7, after switched off and on the ECU wont communicate to laptop, engine won't start anymore. Please help
  13. I also checked car's ecu wiring all seem to be fine and no modification, could you send TB V88 pinouts for checking purpose? I lowered Idle rpm by closing air screw in throttle body and stepper works fine
  14. Simon, Here is the result of pin test, fuel pump will only run if connected to ignition 3, with aircond clutch undefined (ign 3 goes to fuel pump), pin 22 ( aircond cluth control) = ground with ignition switched on, when ignition switched off it goes 12V

  16. I'm having issues with plugin evo 6, the stepper idle and fuel pump don't work. So I tested the outputs and noticed that fuel pump actually connected to Aux ign3 (AC Clutch) instead of inj 5. Strange thing when I changed Aux ign 3 function to fuel pump and pushed aircond request the aircond clutch engaged. Regarding the stepper idle issue, I tried to up and down stepper base position but the idle still remain at 1200rpm.

    I believe you wired 12 VAG coils to 6 channel wasted spark, did you see any ign timing differences between each cylinder?
  18. How's the latest firmware? Can run odd fire V10 wasted spark?
  19. Simon Yes tried min 2-5% max 98-95%, disassemble and dry lubricate the throttle shaft, released 4 of 6 throttle springs, DBW motor spring (I put it on again since have no difference)
  20. I think its good idea to spend whole day to test drive the car. I experienced DBW shut off few times due to V88 DBW control overheated after driving the car for about 2 hours. The car is BMW with S54B32 engine, individual throttle bodies driven by single DBW motor. Still got this problem until now
