    CAN parameter transmit

    I am trying to connect Honda CAN cluster with FuryX, is this possible ECU to transmit 3 or 4 byte width engine speed ?
  3. Hello, I am installing Fury to K20 Honda engine, does anyone know how Fury control the alternator. The alternator connector has 4 pins: IG connects to ignition switch, the other 3 pins C, L and FR connect to ECM. Appreciate you help I use Fury G4X, I am sorry I should put this in G4X forum
  4. I add diode . With engine idle AC switch off the voltage 0.8V not stable but slowly up. In about 2 minutes it become 1.2V but AC still inactive. I switched AC on voltage goes to 1.3V, AC active. When AC switched off voltage remain 1.3V AC won't get off

  6. I measure just now, it works at first time ON 12.5V OFF 0.7-0.8V then failed ON 1.15 -1.28V OFF 1.15 - 1.28V no difference
  7. I have problem with AC request (set on DI 3) of Subaru PnP board. When pushed On it works normally but when you push to OFF it wont get OFF. Using extension cable I changed AC request to DI7 but has same problem. In the next day I test again, first time push ON and OFF was okay after that it failed all the time. I tried to replace Subaru HVAC controller still get same problem Just curious to try use AN 6 as AC request and set AC clutch output as GP output, it works but not as good as factory setting Please help

  9. I am wiring LS1 using LS2 coil, according to diagram found on internet it has 2 ground that connected to signal ground and ground near coil. What is the signal ground means? Can I just tied both ground to engine head/block along with Link ECU power ground? About crank and cam sensor, does those work with 8V power? Thank you
  10. I am preparing installation Nissan 350Zlink N350X ECU into Nissan 350Z VQ35 engine automatic gearbox. It mentioned in installation manual that ECU can be used for automatic gearbox but I still rather hesitate because this is my first install in car with auto trans. Can anyone confirm ? Thank you
  11. Please help, I downloaded Ver 5.6.8.3671 install and run then tried to update Xtreme ECU but there is no firmware 5.6.8 on the available firmware list, the latest was v5.6.7 firmware 5.6.7.3631 which is the same as in ECU.

  14. Hello, I use one of the switch in ECUMaster CAN keypad/ PMU for cranking switch function. In Fury ECU I put CAN DIG #1 in Receive User Stream to get cranking switch status from keypad/PMU, I wonder how can I activate DI1 as Start Position?. If I set DI1 to Start Position will ECU expect resource from real switch connection to DI1 ? Appreciate for help I can't try by my self at the moment since the keypad has not arrived yet

    G4X quick tune

    It was base on my experience with Vipec V88 couple years ago, after quick tune F10 using single lambda sensor (fitted after exhaust collector) up to 4000 rpm the value was close to AFR target. Since I still have enough time to play with this car I put another 6 lambda sensors on each cylinder tube (its 6 cylinder engine), the result was all cylinder lambda values are not equal, some richer some leaner than target but cylinder 5 and 6 was significantly lean. To get all about equal I trim using fuel trim table with AFR target as reference. It takes long time since its edited manually by comparing the log result of the cylinder respectively. With modeled fuel mode Is this possible to fuel trim using similar method of F10 quick tune?

  18. Thanks Adam, I found transient ignition retard was -49 and -50 in 0 and 500 rpm cells.

I just install Vipec V88 on 2jzgte vvti, I scope cam and crank trigger they were in the right polarity, the trigger offset is 204 deg the engine can crank and run easily even its rough, ignition timing in 'Run Time Value' was - 36 deg. With engine still run I opened 'Calibrate' page, double click 'Set Base Timing' option suddenly engine run smooth (timing lock 10 deg), I re wrote the offset 204 hit 'done' the engine back to rough idle. I tried offset 200 with no luck.

    AIM MXS CAN protocol

    Sorry for late response just got chance to try this afternoon. The result is AN Volt input setting should match with the parameter with the one changed in CAN frame (Mass airflow) other wise AIM wont display anything. In my case I set AN Volt 8 to MAF meter, choose Cal table1 (not used by other parameter) and match the input voltages with actual AN Volt 8 inputs. In CAN setup page change Mass airflow parameter to AN Volt 8. For AIM I use math channels to get values needed
