  1. From OEM Wiring diagrams... Clutch switch is on Pin 43 Fuel Level is on Pin 46 Clutch switch will need swapping to Pin 46 to make it work with Link.
  2. Have you tried getting the car into boost yet and seeing if the sensor "comes alive". I know with the Garrett version they don't work at idle and light throttle as the turbo isn't spinning fast enough.
  3. Do you need a 4.6k pull up on this sensor for temperature? I'm sure it says that in the Bosch data sheet?
  4. Or even being able to customize FN / shortcut keys?
  5. Hi. I have the connectors or expansion looms in stock.
  6. Thank you. That is what I have set it to already. Again - thanks for your continued support!
  7. Thanks. On a Thunder, the DIs are Differential, so have + / - dedicated pins. Just trying to work out the wiring for the above on a Thunder?
  8. Thanks Adam. Would you use TPS as load?
  9. Hi Usually for mapping an ITB engine, I'd choose TPS vs RPM for fuel mapping. If adding boost, I'd add a 4d table for compensation. However, what about a supercharged engine with ITBs? Part of me thinks TPS as load is fine without 4d as boost will generally be related to RPM and throttle anyhow? Anybody done this and run with 4d? If so, any examples of the 4d table? Or would you just let the ECU do the "heavy lifting" in the background, bearing in mind boost cannot be changed like on a turbo charger?
  10. Hi This is on a Thunder... So no issue with frequency. Dean - did your 8v and pull down filter out the "odd" lower voltage pulses ok? So you used 8v to feed the sensor and 150Ohm resistor pulldown on signal wire?
  11. Hi Does anybody know of a wheel speed sensor that can pickup on the magnetic ABS rings in BMW hubs? The "stock" sensors are a bit smart and don't work with ECUs without considerable effort (don't actually work at all to be honest). To simplify things, we'd like to get a sensor that is at least 40mm long and picks up from the side of the sensor rather than the end. 8-10mm in diameter. Pickup Surface is 25mm from the mounting face and is 15mm long.
  12. With that turbo I'm surprised it's that late on boost on a 2.0L stroker... What AR is the turbo? Great build BTW!
  13. Also consider the Fury... Built in Lambda, but ideally suited to 1-6 cylinders. Ideal for SR/RB/1J/2J etc
  14. If table resolution is your worry then you are barking up the wrong tree... Every feature of the plugin is far superior to the stock ECU... 32x32 maps really should not be needed.
  15. CAS is breaking down or Belt is a bit loose. Best way to fix it, depending on budget, is either an AEM Trigger disc on the lower end, or NZ Wiring Trigger Kit for a bit more money.
  16. This would be especially useful on vehicles with no ability to turn the engine back on without powering off completely! Like VAG and Fords.
  17. Hi Has anybody here successfully sent data to the Motec MDC Diff controller on a G4/G4X EVO Plugin ECU? Just about to swap from a Motec M800 plugin to a G4X plugin, but not sure if the diff controller will like it!
  18. 12.5 Ohm, so will use a relay. Thanks!
  19. Hi Guys! Hope all is well with you? The Honda VTEC solenoid found on the B18C engine (And others) needs 12v to switch. Can this be fired directly from a G4X pin (AUX 6) or does it need a relay?
  20. Ummm. I don’t. Sorry! Sleep deprived blonde moment!
  21. Thank you Adam. Which pin is 1 and which is 2?
  22. Hi Guys, Quick Question: On the Focus ST 225 / Volvo C30 T5 etc, the crank sensor is a 2 wire reluctor with Wht/Red (pin 1) and Brn/Red (pin 2) wires. Anybody know which is signal and which is earth? Google has let me down badly! LOL!
  23. Hi Guys, Does anybody have any information on this coil: It's from an E46 M3. 0221504464 Just wondering if it can be directly driven from the Link Ignition drivers, and if wiring information is available! Thanks
