Interesting. On my G4 plug in (EVO 4-8) I had AN Volt 1 as Oil pressure and AN Volt 2 as MAP sensor.

I've upgraded to the G4+ and MAP is showing correctly (I have kept the external sensor). What is AN Volt 1 now showing me then?

I have done no wiring changes.

AN Volt 2 is wired through to the factory AFM signal. So assuming you are using this wiring to bring the MAP back to the ECU which is fine.

AN Volt 1 on the very first boards was wired to pin 73  (bottom board versions 1.1 and 1.2) on later board revisions 1.3 on this changed to AN volt 8

I would suspect you are seeing a map reading from onboard sensor as the oil pressure.
